I used NEO for a full interior demo on a 1000sqft house. They were quick, efficient and fairly priced. Avi is on top of it and is a prompt communicator and the crew knows what they’re doing so you don’t have to worry about them accidentally chopping into a gas line or negligently removing anything structural. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely great experience with Avi and his team at Neo Demolition. Their pricing was competitive, but what stood out the most was their on-time, communicative, and clean work. We hired Neo Demolition for a full interior demolition, which was an extensive project. From the start, we felt very comfortable with Avi handling the job. He provided regular updates throughout the project, keeping us informed every step of the way. At the end, the team left the house spotless, perfectly ready for the next stage of construction. Outstanding experience working with Avi! I would use them again. I secured 3 quotes for my job - the price was right and Neo had the insurance coverage that I required. They demoed and removed a shed and deck from my yard. Avi and his crew went above and beyond to be sure that the job was done to my satisfaction.

Hands down to best demolition company I've ever seen. Called them on September 13 to get an estimate to demolish and clean it our wooden shed. Avi answered my call and he was an awesome and professional person. Told me they have other project. However, he said he will come and see it and give me an estimate. He came the same day and looked at the shed. He gave me a great estimate and he said they can come the demolish it the next day. They came on September 14 and demolished the shed entirely and cleaned the area perfectly. Thank you so much Avi and his team. Highly suggest them for your next project!!
