A Los Angeles Demolition Contractor With Its Own Fleet
NEO Demolition and Hauling Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured California contractor, CSLB #1144503, based in Valley Village. We handle residential and commercial demolition across Los Angeles: complete site demolition, interior and exterior demolition, concrete and pavers, pools, garages and selective demo inside finished homes.
Because we own our excavators, skid steers, dump trucks and trailers, there is no waiting on rentals or outside haulers. The crew that takes your project apart is the same crew that loads it out and sweeps up. Founder Avi Nuriel stays involved from the first site visit, so you get quick answers and a clear plan.
Every job starts with a free site visit, often the same day you call, and a written scope you can review with your builder or designer.
Cleanup, Hauling and Recycling Done Right
Demolition is only half the job. We also provide construction site cleanups for builders, site clearing and debris removal for vacant lots, and junk, furniture and appliance hauling for homes and rentals. Heavy materials like concrete, brick and dirt are routine for our dump trucks.
Builders count on us to keep active sites clear so other trades can work safely, and homeowners use us to empty garages, yards and rentals in a single visit without renting a bin.
On every job we protect floors, control dust with water and keep the work zone fenced and tidy. As materials come out, we separate concrete, wood, metal and drywall so recyclable materials can go to recycling whenever practical. Call (818) 208-0589 to schedule your free estimate.
