Demolition Services
Demolition is the core of our business. We handle complete site demolition, where a house or building comes down to the foundation, and interior and exterior demolition for remodels of every size.
Inside, that means gutting kitchens, bathrooms or whole homes to the studs, removing drywall, ceilings, flooring and cabinets. For finished homes, we do selective demolition: opening a fireplace wall or removing one room while the rest of the house stays protected. Outside, we remove decks, garages, sheds, roofs, block walls, brick fireplaces, fire pits and retaining walls.
- Full house and building teardowns
- Interior guts and selective demolition
- Concrete, pavers, flagstone, driveways and slabs
- Pool and pool deck demolition
- Garage, shed and ADU-prep demolition
- Roof tear-offs, chimneys and fireplaces
- Concrete saw cutting

Cleanup Services
Builders and general contractors call us for construction site cleanups during and after a project: loading lumber scraps, drywall, packaging and leftover materials so crews can keep working safely. We also clear full houses after estates, evictions or long vacancies, strip water-damaged drywall and flooring after floods, and remove burned debris so fire-damaged properties can move toward rebuilding.
For larger commercial sites, we bring enough people and trucks to clear the area in a planned sequence.

Hauling and Debris Removal
Hauling is built into every demolition and cleanup job, but we also take hauling-only work. That includes junk hauling from homes and garages, furniture and appliance removal, construction debris hauling and site clearing of vacant lots.
Because we run dump trucks and dump trailers, heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt and roofing are routine. You do not need to rent a bin, and there is no box sitting on your driveway for a week.

How NEO Runs a Demolition and Hauling Job
Every job follows the same simple sequence. First, we visit the site, often the same day you call, to see access, materials and what stays. You get a free written estimate with a clear scope.
Next we sort out what the project needs before work starts, such as permits, utility disconnections or material testing for older homes. Then we set up: construction fencing with privacy screen, caution tape, Ram Board on floors, plastic sheeting on walls and water for dust control.
During demolition, our crew wears hard hats and hi-vis, works in a planned order and separates materials as they come out. At the end, we load the last truck, vacuum and sweep, and walk the site with you. Customers often mention how clean we leave a property.
Our Equipment and Fleet
Owning our equipment means we control the schedule. We do not wait on a rental yard or a separate hauling company. Our trucks carry pre-trip checklists, and the crew knows every machine.
- Ram 5500 dump trucks and Ram pickups
- Big Tex dump trailers
- Kubota U55 mini excavators with hydraulic breakers
- Bobcat skid steers with breaker attachments
- Pneumatic jackhammers and concrete saws
- Shop vacuums and cleanup gear

Recycling and Material Separation
Demolition creates a lot of material, and most of it does not need to go to a landfill. We separate concrete, brick, wood, metal and rebar, and drywall on site, then deliver each load to the right facility. That approach lets recyclable debris go to recycling whenever practical, and it helps projects that track diversion for green building requirements.
Permits and Logistics in Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a patchwork of cities, each with its own building department. The City of LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank all set their own rules. Many demolition projects need a permit, utility shut-offs and, for older homes, testing for materials like asbestos or lead before work starts. We will tell you what your project requires and coordinate our scheduling around local restrictions.
Logistics matter just as much. Hillside streets in the Hollywood Hills or above Glendale can be steep and narrow. Westside lots are tight with alley access. Busy commercial corridors limit where a truck can stand. We plan truck size, staging and haul routes during the estimate so the job runs smoothly.

Areas We Serve
We are based in Valley Village and work throughout Los Angeles County. That includes the San Fernando Valley (North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Panorama City, Burbank, Sunland and Tujunga), the foothills and San Gabriel Valley (Glendale, La Crescenta-Montrose, Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino and Alhambra), and the Westside and central LA (Brentwood, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood and Inglewood). If your city is not listed, call and ask.
