Commercial Cleanout After a Tenant Leaves
When a tenant moves out, they rarely take everything. Desks, cubicle panels, filing cabinets, shelving, broken chairs, signage and boxes of paper are left behind, and the space cannot be shown or rebuilt until they are gone.
We clear the unit down to the walls and floor, separate metal furniture and shelving for recycling, and leave the space broom clean for the next walkthrough. For property managers with several units turning over, we can schedule them back to back.
Stripping Out Old Build-Outs
Many commercial cleanups include light demolition. A new tenant may need the previous build-out removed before their own improvements start. As a licensed demolition contractor (CSLB #1144503), we can take out the old work and haul it in the same job.
- Non-structural partition walls and drywall soffits
- Drop ceiling grid and tiles
- Carpet tile, vinyl flooring and raised platforms
- Reception desks, millwork and built-in cabinetry
- Retail display fixtures, slatwall and shelving
- Restaurant counters, booths and non-mechanical fixtures

Warehouse and Industrial Cleanups
Warehouses and light industrial units collect pallets, racking, scrap metal, broken equipment and years of storage. Our dump trucks and Big Tex dump trailers carry heavy, bulky loads, and our Bobcat skid steers can move material across large floors or yards quickly when the space allows.
Working Inside Occupied Buildings
A lot of commercial work happens next door to businesses that are still open. We protect common hallways and elevator cabs, keep dust contained with plastic sheeting, and schedule loud or messy work around the building's rules. If the building requires after-hours work, tell us during the estimate.
Before we start, we can send the certificate of insurance your property manager or landlord needs. NEO is licensed, bonded and insured.
Restaurant and Retail Space Cleanups
Restaurants and shops leave behind heavier, more awkward items than offices. Old booths, bar tops, counters, shelving gondolas, display cases and storage racks have to be broken down and carried out without damaging the storefront or the shared sidewalk.
We work around neighboring businesses by keeping the frontage clear, loading quickly and sweeping the sidewalk when we are done. Mechanical, plumbing and gas connections should be disconnected by the right trade before we remove equipment, and we will flag anything that still looks connected.
For landlords preparing a retail unit for lease, an empty, clean shell makes a better first impression on prospective tenants.
Sorting Commercial Debris for Recycling
Commercial cleanouts produce a lot of recyclable material: metal desks and racking, cardboard, clean wood and drywall. We sort on site so those materials are not buried in mixed loads. We separate concrete, metal, wood and other recyclable materials whenever practical.
