Clearing Larger Sunland Lots
Bigger lots tend to collect things. We remove old sheds, carports, chicken coops, fencing, concrete pads and debris piles, then grade the ground so you can see what you have. This is often the first step before selling, building or just reclaiming the yard.

Older Homes and Rebuilds
Many Sunland houses are older and smaller than what gets built today. Owners often tear them down or strip them for major remodels. We handle full demolition, foundation removal and grading for the next build. If the plan is a remodel, we can strip the interior and leave the framing for your builder.

Permits, Hillsides and Fire Safety
Sunland is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits go through LADBS. Parts of the area sit on foothill slopes, and some streets are narrow or unpaved at the edges. The area also sits close to brush and the mountains, so dry vegetation and fire season are real concerns. We keep sites clean and plan equipment for each lot.
Older structures may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we'll tell you what's required.
Concrete Pads, Driveways and Old Foundations
Larger properties often have concrete in unexpected places: old foundations from removed buildings, pads under former sheds and long driveways. We break it out with skid steer breakers and mini excavators and haul it to recycling.
Hauling in Sunland
Our dump trucks and Big Tex trailers handle heavy loads like concrete, brick and soil as well as bulky junk. We separate materials for recycling when we can.
