Demolition Work We Do Across LA
Much of the city's housing went up between the 1920s and the 1960s. Many of those homes are now being torn down for rebuilds, gutted for major remodels or cut back to make room for an ADU. We bring Kubota mini excavators with hydraulic breakers, skid steers, jackhammers and concrete saws, and we size the setup to the lot.

LADBS Permits and City Rules
Inside the City of Los Angeles, demolition permits go through the Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). A full teardown usually needs utilities shut off and capped first. Larger soil exports from designated hillside areas can also require a haul route approval. Older buildings may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we will tell you what your job requires.
We coordinate scheduling around city work-hour limits and keep the street and sidewalk clear while we work.
Hillsides, Narrow Streets and LA Traffic
Canyon roads and hillside streets limit what can get to a site. Sometimes that means a smaller dump truck, more loads and a mini excavator in place of a full-size machine. Traffic on the 405, 101, 5 and 10 also shapes the day, so we plan haul trips to keep the job moving.

Residential and Commercial Jobs Across the City
Our crews work for homeowners, general contractors, property managers and business owners. A homeowner might need one kitchen removed. A builder might need a lot cleared and then weekly debris pickup through framing and drywall. We handle both, with the same crew and equipment, and we carry insurance for the work we do.
Construction Debris and Junk Hauling in Los Angeles
We run our own trucks and trailers, so hauling is part of every job. We also take hauling-only work: builder debris, garage cleanouts, furniture and appliances. Materials such as concrete, metal and wood are separated for recycling whenever possible.
