Pools, Hardscape and Estate Grounds
Big lots usually mean big hardscape. Owners redoing their grounds often remove pools, pool decks, long driveways, brick walkways, garden walls and outdoor fireplaces. We break out reinforced concrete and masonry, sort it for recycling and leave the yard ready for landscaping.

Interior Demolition in Large Homes
Remodels in large homes can mean removing many rooms of drywall, ceilings and flooring, or opening a few walls while fine finishes stay. We protect floors, stairs and doorways, contain dust with plastic and keep a clean path in and out.
Crews vacuum and sweep before leaving each day.

San Marino Permits and Review
San Marino has its own planning and building department, and the city is known for detailed design review. Larger demolitions and rebuilds can involve review steps beyond a standard permit. Check with the city early. Older homes may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we'll tell you what's required.
Full Rebuilds on Large Lots
When a San Marino home is approved for replacement, the demolition is a large job: the house, garage, pool house, hardscape and foundations. We set construction fencing with privacy screen, control dust with water spray and plan truck traffic so the street stays clear. Materials are separated for recycling, and we leave a graded lot for the builder.
Protecting Trees and Neighbors
Mature trees are part of what makes San Marino what it is. We keep equipment and truck paths away from root zones where we can, and stage work so the street stays clear and neighbors aren't disrupted.
