Led by Avi Nuriel
NEO was founded by Avidan Nuriel, who customers know simply as Avi. He is the founder and CEO, and he stays close to the work. When you call, you are usually talking to Avi or someone right next to him, and he is often the one who comes out to look at your project.
That direct line is one of the things customers mention most. Questions get answered quickly, estimates come fast, and you always know who is responsible for your job.
Our Own Fleet, Our Own Schedule
We decided early that relying on rental yards and outside haulers slows jobs down. So we run our own equipment: Ram 5500 dump trucks, Big Tex dump trailers, Ram pickups, Kubota mini excavators with hydraulic breakers, Bobcat skid steers, jackhammers, concrete saws and cleanup gear.
Owning the fleet means we can start when we say we will, and the same crew that demolishes is the crew that hauls it away. Trucks are checked before every trip.
How We Run Every Job
Our process is simple and consistent. We visit the site, often the same day you call, and give you a free estimate. We plan around permits, testing and local restrictions. On site, we set up fencing, protect floors with Ram Board, hang plastic sheeting and keep dust down with water. Crews wear hard hats and hi-vis.
As materials come out, we separate concrete, brick, wood, metal and drywall, so recyclable materials can go to recycling whenever practical. Then we vacuum, sweep and leave the site clean.
What Customers Tell Us
We hold a 5.0 rating on Google, and the same themes come up again and again. People appreciate responsive communication from Avi, fair and competitive pricing, and a crew that works quickly and efficiently. Homeowners notice when we take care with dust during a kitchen demo. Contractors value that we carry insurance and can show it. And almost everyone mentions how clean the site looks when we leave.
Residential and Commercial Work
Our projects range from removing a backyard shed to full house teardowns on hillside lots, interior guts of large homes, pool and retaining wall demolition, and construction site cleanups for builders. Big or small, every job gets the same care. Call (818) 208-0589 to talk with us about yours.
