North Hollywood is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits go through LADBS. Street parking is tight on many blocks, especially near the Metro station and the Arts District. We plan where the truck and trailer will sit and keep loading quick. The 170 and 101 put us in and out of the area fast.

Many NoHo back yards are mostly concrete: old patios, slabs from removed sheds and long driveways that lead to the garage. When owners add an ADU or new landscaping, that concrete has to go. We break it with jackhammers or a skid steer breaker, saw-cut where new work will tie in and haul the pieces to recycling.
