Selective Demolition in Finished Homes
A lot of Sherman Oaks remodels start with opening up one wall, removing a fireplace surround or pulling out a kitchen while the rest of the house stays intact. That takes planning. We lay floor protection, seal rooms with plastic, cut cleanly and keep dust down so the rest of your home stays livable.
This is the kind of job where a careful crew matters more than a big machine.
Commercial Interior Demo on Ventura Boulevard
Retail, restaurant and office spaces turn over often along Ventura. We strip suites for tenant improvements, removing drywall, ceilings, flooring and old fixtures, and we work around building rules and neighboring tenants.
- Tenant improvement demolition
- Restaurant and retail strip-outs
- Ceiling grid and flooring removal
- After-hours scheduling where buildings allow
Hillside and Flatland Teardowns
South of Ventura, homes sit on hillside lots with tight streets. North of it, mid-century ranch homes on flat lots are often torn down for larger rebuilds. We match equipment and truck size to each site and leave a clean, graded lot.

Pools, Patios and Back Yards
Many Sherman Oaks homes have pools and large patios that owners update when they remodel. We break out pool decks, concrete and flagstone patios and old planters, and we remove wood decks and patio covers. We haul everything ourselves and recycle concrete and metal when we can, leaving the yard ready for new landscaping.
Permits and the 405/101 Interchange
Sherman Oaks is in the City of Los Angeles, so permits go through LADBS. The 405 and 101 meet here, and that interchange is famous for traffic. We plan haul trips around it so loads leave on time and trucks aren't parked on your street longer than needed.
