Narrow Lots and Tight Side Yards
Many Alhambra homes sit close to the property line with a narrow side yard as the only path to the back. We saw-cut concrete cleanly in tight spaces, use compact equipment that fits through and hand-carry debris when a machine can't get in.
That keeps neighbors' walls, fences and landscaping intact.
Duplexes, Back Houses and ADU Prep
Lots with a second unit or old garage in back are common. Owners are remodeling those units, removing them or making room for new ADUs. On lots with tenants in the front house, we keep the shared driveway open as much as possible and clean it at the end of each day. Debris goes straight into the truck rather than piling up in the yard.

Main Street and Commercial Interiors
Shops, restaurants and offices along Main Street and Valley Boulevard turn over regularly. We strip interiors for new tenants and haul debris without tying up the street. We use carts and covered paths to move debris through storefronts, and we load trucks quickly so parking and deliveries for neighboring businesses aren't blocked for long.
Interior Demolition in Older Homes
Alhambra's older homes often have plaster walls, old tile and layered flooring from decades of updates. Remodels mean removing it carefully so the framing and anything staying are not damaged. We protect floors with Ram Board, seal rooms with plastic and haul debris out as we go. Kitchens and bathrooms are the most common starting point.
Alhambra Permits and Access
Alhambra has its own building division, separate from the City of LA and the county. Older homes may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we'll tell you what's required. The 10 and the 710 are close by, which keeps haul trips efficient.
