Pick the Cleanup That Fits Your Situation
Each cleanup service has its own page with details, process and common questions. Here is a quick guide to where to start.
- Full house cleanup: clearing a whole property before a sale, a remodel or a new tenant.
- House fire cleanup: removing burned materials and debris so the rebuild can begin.
- Flooded house cleanup: pulling wet drywall, flooring and damaged contents after a leak or flood.
- Commercial cleanups: offices, retail units, warehouses and tenant move-outs.
- Construction site cleanup: debris pickup and final cleanup for builders and general contractors.
How Our Cleanup Crews Work
We protect what stays. Inside occupied or finished homes we lay Ram Board on floors and hang plastic sheeting where dust could travel. Outside, we use caution tape and keep walkways clear for neighbors.
We sort as we load. Wood, metal, concrete, drywall and general junk are separated where possible so more of the load can be recycled. We separate concrete, metal, wood and other recyclable materials whenever practical.
We leave the site clean. The last part of every cleanup is sweeping and vacuuming so you can see the space for what it is.

Residential and Commercial Cleanup
Our base is in Valley Village, so the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and the Westside are all within regular reach. We work on single-family homes, apartment buildings, offices and active construction sites, and we coordinate scheduling around LA parking and noise restrictions.
