Small-Lot Homes and Remodels
Culver City houses are often close together, with narrow driveways and little room to stage. Owners frequently strip homes to the framing for a major remodel or second story. We remove drywall, plaster, ceilings and flooring, protect what stays and carry debris to the truck without spilling onto neighbors' property.
- Interior demo down to studs
- Garage removal and ADU prep
- Driveway and back yard concrete
- Full teardowns for rebuilds
Commercial and Tenant Improvement Demo
Downtown, Washington Boulevard and the Hayden Tract have restaurants, offices and creative spaces that change tenants often. We strip interiors, remove partitions and ceilings and haul debris, working around building rules and business hours. When a space shares walls with an open business, we contain dust with plastic and keep noisy work to agreed hours.

Culver City Permits
Culver City is its own city, so permits go through its Building Safety Division, separate from LADBS. Rules and steps differ from LA. Older homes may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we'll tell you what's required.
Back Yard Concrete and Garages
Small Culver City lots often have a detached garage at the back, a long driveway and a concrete yard. When owners build an ADU or new landscaping, all of that has to go. We take down the garage, saw-cut and break out concrete, grade the area and haul everything away. Concrete and metal are recycled when we can.
Parking and Access on the Westside
Street parking is tight across much of Culver City, and the 405, 10 and 90 can back up at busy times. We plan where trucks will sit, keep loading quick and time haul trips to avoid sitting in traffic with a full load.
