What a Full House Cleanup Covers
We work through the property zone by zone so nothing gets missed. You tell us what stays, and we remove the rest.
- Bedrooms, living areas, closets and kitchens, including old furniture and boxed contents
- Garages packed with tools, shelving, paint-free household junk and old storage
- Back yards with broken patio furniture, old play sets, green waste and scrap wood
- Side yards and under-deck areas where debris tends to pile up over the years
- Built-in items you want gone, such as old shelving, cabinets or a backyard shed
Cleanup Before a Remodel or Demolition
If the house is heading into a remodel, a full cleanup is the first phase. Clearing contents before the gut lets the demo crew work faster and keeps salvage decisions separate from the tear-out.
Because NEO is a licensed demolition contractor, we can move straight from the cleanup into interior demolition when you are ready. One crew, one point of contact, and no gap between companies.

Cleanup Before a Sale or a New Tenant
An empty, swept house photographs better and shows better. Agents and landlords call us when a property needs to be cleared quickly between owners or occupants.
We finish every whole-house job by sweeping and vacuuming the floors. The property is left broom clean, ready for painters, cleaners, stagers or the next tenant.
Sorting, Recycling and Haul-Off
We separate metal, wood, cardboard and general junk as we load. That sorting is how we keep a large share of each load out of the landfill. We separate concrete, metal, wood and other recyclable materials whenever practical.
Our Ram 5500 dump truck and Big Tex dump trailers handle large volumes, so a house that would fill several rented dumpsters can often be cleared in fewer trips.
Planning a Whole-House Cleanup Day
The walkthrough is where a full house cleanup is won or lost. We look at how much is in each room, how far the crew has to carry it, whether there are stairs, and where the truck can park. That tells us how many people to send and how many loads to expect.
On a typical job, one part of the crew empties rooms while another loads and sorts at the truck. Heavy items like dressers, sleeper sofas and garage shelving are broken down when that makes the carry safer. If a second load is needed, the truck runs while the crew keeps working, so the house never sits half done.
If you are dealing with a deadline, such as escrow, a lease turnover or a contractor start date, tell us at the estimate. We plan the schedule backward from that date.
