Full Teardowns on Westside Lots
A Brentwood teardown usually means a large home, a pool, long driveways and plenty of hardscape. We set construction fencing with a privacy screen, use water spray to control dust and take the house down with excavators. Then we remove foundations, pool and flatwork and leave a graded lot.
Materials are separated so concrete, metal and wood can be recycled.
Canyon and Hillside Sites
Mandeville and Kenter Canyons have long, narrow roads, steep lots and limited turnaround space. We bring compact machines and size trucks to the road. Larger soil exports from designated hillside areas can need a haul route approval from the City of LA, so we look at that early. On these roads we also coordinate deliveries and pickups so trucks aren't stacked up on a street where neighbors need to get in and out.

Interior and Hardscape Demolition
Not every Brentwood project is a teardown. Many owners renovate instead.
- Whole-home interior guts
- Selective demo in finished homes
- Pool and pool deck removal
- Driveway, patio and garden wall removal
Working With Builders and Architects
Westside rebuilds usually involve a general contractor, an architect and sometimes an engineer. We coordinate with your team on what stays, what goes and when the lot needs to be ready. We can also return during construction for regular debris pickup, so the site stays clean and inspection-ready. Older homes may need asbestos or lead testing before demolition, and we'll tell you what's required.
Permits, Traffic and Hauling
Brentwood is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits go through LADBS, which has a West LA office. The 405 through the Sepulveda Pass and Sunset Boulevard both get heavily congested, and that affects how long each haul trip takes. We plan loads and timing around it so trucks aren't waiting on your street.
