Water-Damaged Drywall and Flood Cuts
Wet drywall wicks water upward. The usual fix is a flood cut: removing the drywall in a straight line above the water mark so the wall cavity can dry. We cut cleanly so your drywall installer has a straight edge to patch to, and we pull wet insulation from the cavity as we go.
Ceilings below a leaking bathroom or roof are handled the same way. Sagging or stained sections come down, and the area is opened up for inspection.
Flooring, Cabinets and Built-Ins
Carpet and pad usually cannot be saved once soaked. Laminate swells, and engineered wood can cup. We pull damaged flooring down to the subfloor or slab and haul it away.
Base cabinets, vanities and built-in shelving often sit in standing water. We remove them carefully, especially when countertops or fixtures are being reused.

Clearing Ruined Furniture and Contents
Soaked mattresses, upholstered furniture, boxes of paper and rugs get heavy and start to smell fast. We carry them out, load them into our dump truck, and haul them off the same day. If you need records for an insurance claim, take photos first or ask us to set items aside until your adjuster has seen them.
Where Our Work Fits With Water Mitigation
We are a demolition and hauling contractor. Drying equipment, moisture readings and mold testing are handled by water mitigation companies and specialists. Many homeowners bring us in alongside those companies when there is a lot of material to remove, or after the drying company has finished and the house needs a full tear-out before rebuilding.
Speed Matters After Water Damage
Wet materials do not get better with time. Drywall softens, flooring swells and contents start to smell within days, and a house that sits wet invites bigger problems. That is why we try to see flooded properties quickly and move to tear-out as soon as you are ready.
Our crews arrive with the tools to open walls, the floor protection to keep dry rooms clean, and a dump truck to take the material away the same day. You are not left with a pile of wet drywall on the lawn waiting for a dumpster delivery.
Large homes with damage on more than one level get a bigger crew so the work finishes in fewer days.
