Rough Cleanup Between Phases
Framing leaves cutoffs and bent nails. Drywall leaves scraps, empty mud buckets and cardboard. Roofing, plumbing and electrical leave their own packaging. Between phases, we clear the floor plates and yard so the next crew walks onto a clean site instead of working around a pile.
Rough cleanups go faster when they happen often. Many builders book us after each major trade finishes, or every week or two on larger projects.
Final Construction Cleanup Before Turnover
At the end of a build, the remaining debris has to go before landscapers, cleaners or the owner walk the property. We clear the yard, side yards and garage, pick up the last scraps around the foundation, and remove leftover materials you do not want to keep.
For interior final cleanups, we bring shop vacuums and brooms to remove the dust and grit left after the trades finish. That gives the detail cleaning crew a head start.

Debris We Pick Up From Job Sites
We sort as we load, separating wood, metal, concrete and drywall where possible so more of each load can be recycled. We separate concrete, metal, wood and other recyclable materials whenever practical.
- Lumber cutoffs, pallets and old forms
- Drywall scraps and empty compound buckets
- Cardboard, plastic wrap and packaging
- Concrete washout, broken block and brick
- Scrap metal, rebar ends and wire
- Old fixtures and materials pulled during remodels
Why Builders Use a Licensed Contractor for Cleanup
We are a licensed demolition contractor (CSLB #1144503), bonded and insured. That matters to builders who need every company on site covered. It also means we can handle the small demolition tasks that come up during a build, such as removing a slab section, cutting concrete for a utility trench or tearing out work that has to be redone.
Our fleet includes Ram 5500 dump trucks, Big Tex dump trailers, Kubota mini excavators and Bobcat skid steers. If the yard needs rough grading after cleanup, we can do that too.
Fitting Into Your Schedule
We know how much a delay costs on a build. Tell us when the next trade starts and we plan around it. On tight LA lots where there is no room for a roll-off dumpster, our trucks load and leave, so the street and driveway stay open.
