Appliance Hauling for Landlords and Property Managers
Apartment buildings and rental homes go through appliances. When units are upgraded, or a building swaps out ranges and refrigerators all at once, the old ones need to go somewhere. We collect them from units, garages, laundry rooms or the curb and haul them in one trip.
For buildings with several units being upgraded over time, we can come on a schedule that matches your installer.
Old Appliances From Remodels and Job Sites
Kitchen and laundry remodels leave old appliances behind, and they are often the last thing anyone wants to deal with. Contractors call us to clear them along with cabinets, countertops and other remodel debris. Because we already haul construction debris, it can all go in the same load.

Appliances We Haul
We haul household and light commercial appliances. If you are not sure about a specific unit, send a photo.
- Refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers
- Ranges, cooktops, wall ovens and range hoods
- Dishwashers and microwaves
- Washers and dryers
- Water heaters
- Window and portable AC units
- Light commercial units from small offices and break rooms
Garage and Side Yard Appliance Graveyards
Plenty of LA homes have a spot where old appliances go to wait. A spare fridge that stopped working, a dryer replaced years ago, an old water heater leaning against the side of the house. They take up space, collect dust and can attract pests.
We clear all of them in one trip, along with any other junk stored nearby. If the garage needs more work after that, we also handle garage cleanouts and garage interior demolition.
Recycling Metal From Old Appliances
Most appliances are largely metal, which makes them good candidates for recycling. We separate appliances from general debris so they can go to facilities that accept them. Units with refrigerant, like refrigerators, freezers and AC units, have their own handling rules at the recycling end.
This sorting lets us send metal and other recyclable parts to recycling whenever practical.
Getting Appliances Ready for Pickup
Appliances that are already disconnected and sitting in a garage, side yard or on a job site are the simplest to haul. If units are still hooked up, gas and water connections should be shut off and capped before pickup. We will tell you during the estimate if something needs a plumber first.
Empty refrigerators and freezers before we arrive, and leave doors closed until the crew loads them.
Loading Heavy Units Safely
Washers, ranges and full-size refrigerators are heavy and awkward. Our crew uses dollies, straps and a ramp into the dump truck so each unit is loaded without damage to driveways or walls.
