Clearing Vacant Lots
Vacant lots in Los Angeles collect everything. Dumped furniture and mattresses, broken concrete, old fencing, tires, overgrowth and leftovers from a structure that came down years ago. Before anything can be built, it all has to go.
We walk the lot with you, identify what is on the surface and what may be buried, and plan the clearing with the right machines. Our Bobcat skid steers push and load debris quickly, and our Kubota U55 mini excavators dig out old footings and buried rubble.
Old Foundations, Slabs and Buried Debris
Lots that once had a house often still have the slab, footings, a driveway or a buried pile of broken concrete. Mini excavators with hydraulic breakers and our skid steer breaker attachment break these up so they can be loaded and hauled.
Concrete and masonry are separated from other debris so they can go to recycling. We separate concrete, metal, wood and other recyclable materials whenever practical.

Back Yard and Property Debris Removal
Not every site clearing job is a vacant lot. Back yards behind older LA homes often hold collapsed sheds, broken patios, old retaining walls and decades of stored materials. We clear the yard to bare ground and haul everything in the same job.
We also clear around what you want to keep. Mature trees, newer fencing or a garage that is staying are marked before the machines start, and the crew works by hand near anything fragile.
- Broken patios, walkways and old concrete pads
- Collapsed sheds, fences and patio covers
- Piles of brick, block, rock and rubble
- Dumped junk, furniture and scrap metal
- Overgrowth and green waste mixed with debris
Clearing a Site for New Construction
Builders and owners preparing to build need a clean pad and a site the inspector can walk. After clearing, we can rough grade the ground with a skid steer so it is ready for the next step. We also handle excavation and grading as a separate service when the project needs more earthwork.
On larger sites, we can set up construction fencing with privacy screen to keep the property secure and screen the work from neighbors.

Dust Control and Neighbor Courtesy
Clearing and breaking concrete makes dust. Our crews spray water to keep it down, especially on windy days and near occupied homes. We keep the street clean where our trucks come and go, and we schedule work around LA noise rules.
